He worked with ACP in connectivity projects as technical lead and African Child Academy as instructor lead, where he acquired Various certificates, including HCIA, CCNA, and a certificate of recognition as Outstanding Instructor of the year from Cisco in 2024 and 2026 by Cisco Networking Academy During The African Cisco Network Academy Instructor Conference in Kenya.
Richard has skills in Training, installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting, where he has experience with vendors such as Huawei devices, Cisco, and MikroTik.
