Mr. Sylvester is the organization’s Partnerships, Compliance and Resource Mobilization overseer, responsible for facilitating all the works under this department in African Child Projects. He oversees and handles all matters related to grants, proposals, partners communications in liaison to the Communications department, P.R. office, administration & Director’s office, documentations and agreements, proposals and partnership arrangements.
Mr. Sylvester is a dedicated community development enthusiast and legal professional with nearly six years of active service and over a decade of numerous volunteer experiences. He holds a degree in Law Enforcement (Criminal Justice) from the University of Dar es Salaam and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at the Open University of Tanzania. Throughout his career with African Child Projects, he has contributed to partnerships, communications, compliance advisory, and project coordination while also engaging in legal affairs and continuous professional development.
